This Family Love Shipping Policy

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase from our company. All of our items are made to order and customized. Please review our shipping policy below, which will apply when you make a purchase at thisfamilylove.com. Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

  • Standard: Our standard shipping is based on the weight and/or fragility of the items in an order. Our standard shipping option costs $6 per order for most orders and $10 if you have fragile items in your order or $16 for canvas art. Orders are sent via USPS.
  • Limited Time Free Shipping: This is a promotion that we offer from time to time, but it is the same as Standard with $0 costs for the shipping.
  • Expedited: Expedited is available only on select items. Since we use multiple vendors, your entire order may not be able to have expedited shipping. The items that qualify for Expedited Shipping will show as such in your cart.

International Shipping is not offered at this time.

We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO packages via USPS. Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days. USPS provides more specific estimates here.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to the production floor within 48 business hours of receiving your order. You will be sent a confirmation email. Our average production time to customize and produce your item is 3 to 7 days. Blankets and Wall art may take an extra two days depending on our work load.

After production of your item, the item will be packaged and prepared for shipping.  Our carriers usually take 24 to 48 hours to update their systems once they pick up the packages. We will send you an email notifying you that your item has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier:

  • Standard and all free options: 3 – 5 business days after completion of production
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days after completion of production

During the peak times listed below, high demand may cause an increase in production times.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, so please be sure to confirm your delivery/ship to address.

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this time. Please sign up on our newsletter distribution list to be notified when we start to offer international shipping and have product updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
